Our History
It all began in 1977 as a "Mom and Pop" business known as Combs Trash Service. Ernie and Doris Combs saw a need for trash collection service within Hardy County. Combs Trash Service established business with approximately 78 customers, servicing only a portion of Hardy County. In 1978, services expanded to include the remaining portion of Hardy County, including the town of Moorefield. Then in 1989, Mr. Combs' lifelong friend, Gerald W. Smith, purchased the business and created Envirco, Inc.

Envirco, incorporated in October of 1989, began providing the solid waste collection service for Hardy County, West Virginia on January 1, 1990. In October of 1992, Envirco, Inc. acquired services in a portion of Grant County. Envirco, Inc's customer base is continually growing.

Envirco, Inc. will always strive to provide quality solid waste collection services to its service areas.
