2016 Annual Residential Letter Available
On Thursday, September 29, Envirco Inc. mailed the 2016 Annual Residential Letter to all active residential customers.
This document was made available via our website link: Annual Letter, on Thursday, September 22, 2016. Those customers who chose to receive Email Only statements may not receive an Annual Residential Letter. If those customers wish to have a hard copy of the letter, please contact our office for a copy. The Annual Residential Letter can also be printed from the link via our website.
The Annual Residential Letter is a requirement of the West Virginia Public Service Commission.
IMPORTANT CHANGE: Holiday Schedule WILL BE changing beginning with Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2016. On all noted Holidays, services will be delayed one day for all effected customers. Therefore, if a Holiday falls on Monday, all services for that week will be a day later for all customers. Only exception to this new schedule will be for a few selected commercial and/or industrial customers.
