Delayed Service for Select Monday Customers 2/22/21 to Wed afternoon 2/24/21

Posted February 22nd, 2021

Due to the quick moving snow storm this morning, Monday, 2/22/21, road conditions quickly became very slick.  Envirco was not able to provide services in certain areas today due to these adverse road conditions.

Envirco will attempt to service these missed areas on Wednesday, 2/24/2021, afternoon so please leave solid waste out for this delayed service change.  We appreciate your understanding and patience!

Here We Go Again! NO collection Thursday, 2/18/21 & NO Recycling Saturday, 2/20/21

Posted February 17th, 2021

Mother Nature is not being kind this week again!  Due to the forecast weather and the likelihood that the landfill and transfer stations will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, 2/18/2021, Envirco has decided to NOT provide services for Thursday customers tomorrow.  We respectfully and kindly ask that Thursday customers hold their solid waste until next week and we will collect two weeks worth on Thursday, 2/25/2021.  If you had a bulky good collection scheduled, these items will also be collected on Thursday, 2/25/2021.

Thursday commercial customers that have container services will be provided services today, Wednesday, 2/17/2021 as long as snow/ice have been cleared away from the container.

RECYCLING IS CANCELED for Saturday, 2/20/2021 because of lack of snow/ice removal at the recycling area.

Solid waste collection is very tricky when dealing with snowy and icy conditions.  We do not want customers nor employees to suffer falls or accidents.  We value our customers and our employees!  Please stay safe and warm!

Thursday Routes COLLECTION on Wed 2/10/21

Posted February 9th, 2021

ATTENTION THURSDAY CUSTOMERS:  Due to the forecast (yet again) weather, Envirco will be collecting Thursday routes on WEDNESDAY, February 10, 2021 this week.  Thursday customers need to have solid waste ready for collection by 6:00am tomorrow for this week’s collection!

Wednesday routes will also be collected as usual on 2/10/2021.  Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding!

Wintry Road Conditions Reminder

Posted February 8th, 2021

Customers are reminded that Envirco encourages safety of our employees and for others traveling the roadways.  Secondary and subdivision road conditions may not always be safe for our trucks to travel at the time of collection during these weeks of snow/ice and thawing/re-freezing temperatures.  When these events occur, Envirco does make an effort to evaluate and reschedule collection of these areas in a timely manner, if possible.  Pictures are being taken of these questionable roads at the time Envirco attempts to provide service.

There are several roads on Monday, 2/8/2021, that were not safe for Envirco to travel at the usual time of collection due to freezing/below freezing temperatures.  These customers may chose to leave solid waste out for collection and Envirco will attempt to service these areas as soon as possible.  Subdivision roads and non-state maintained roads must be made safe to travel per the agreement with the Home Owner’s Association (HOA).  It is the HOAs responsibility to make road conditions favorable and safe for our trucks to travel in order to provide services.

Envirco appreciates your understanding and cooperation during these wintry weeks!
