In observance of Good Friday, Friday, April 2, 2021, the Envirco Inc office closed at 2:00pm.  Payments can be made via our Online Bill Pay System through our website www.envircoinc.com.  Requests for services can also be submitted via our website.  Office will open at 8:00am Monday, April 5, 2021.

Bring on Spring!

As we all look forward to Spring:  Envirco sincerely thanks all of our customers for your patience and kindness since mid-January 2021 as we all endured and dealt with many snow and ice events.

Our industry is in the top ten most dangerous jobs!  We strive to keep our employees, as well as others, as safe as possible especially during inclement weather.

Shout out to all our employees for their dedication no matter what the weather!

Wintry Road Conditions Reminder

Customers are reminded that Envirco encourages safety of our employees and for others traveling the roadways.  Secondary and subdivision road conditions may not always be safe for our trucks to travel at the time of collection during these weeks of snow/ice and thawing/re-freezing temperatures.  When these events occur, Envirco does make an effort to evaluate and reschedule collection of these areas in a timely manner, if possible.  Pictures are being taken of these questionable roads at the time Envirco attempts to provide service.

There are several roads on Monday, 2/8/2021, that were not safe for Envirco to travel at the usual time of collection due to freezing/below freezing temperatures.  These customers may chose to leave solid waste out for collection and Envirco will attempt to service these areas as soon as possible.  Subdivision roads and non-state maintained roads must be made safe to travel per the agreement with the Home Owner’s Association (HOA).  It is the HOAs responsibility to make road conditions favorable and safe for our trucks to travel in order to provide services.

Notice to Customers of Rate Increase effective 1/1/2021

With the November 27, 2020 mailing of statements and invoices, a Notice was enclosed detailing a rate increase to become effective January 1, 2021.  If your account is set to the Email Only option for receiving your statement and/or invoice, you may contact our office for a copy of this Notice to be emailed to you or mailed via USPS upon your request.

The rate increase documentation can also be located on the West Virginia Public Service Commission website www.psc.state.wv.us by searching for Case Nos. 20-0934-MC-CPI, 20-0935-MC-CPI, and 20-0936-MC-CPI.  Notice will be listed as Attachment A.

Customers are welcome to call the office if there are any questions concerning this 3.58% rate increase.

2020 Annual Residential Letter Available

Annual Residential Letters Sent Out for 2020
This billing cycle, customers are informed that Envirco’s Annual Residential Letter 2020 will be included with bills.
The Annual Residential Letter 2020 will include updated information on residential services. We ask that customers take the time to look it over as to be informed of our services to date. This letter will answer any questions customers may have and provide information customers may not already know.
