WV PSC Increases Fuel Surcharge to 4.14%

The West Virginia Public Service Commission reviewed the motor carrier fuel surcharge rates, Case No MC GO 56.4. The fuel surcharge has been increased slightly to 4.14% from 3.63%. This motor carrier fuel surcharge is in effect from January 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017 or until further Commission Order.

2016 Annual Residential Letter Available

On Thursday, September 29, Envirco Inc. mailed the 2016 Annual Residential Letter to all active residential customers.

This document was made available via our website link: Annual Letter, on Thursday, September 22, 2016. Those customers who chose to receive Email Only statements may not receive an Annual Residential Letter. If those customers wish to have a hard copy of the letter, please contact our office for a copy. The Annual Residential Letter can also be printed from the link via our website.

The Annual Residential Letter is a requirement of the West Virginia Public Service Commission.

IMPORTANT CHANGE: Holiday Schedule WILL BE changing beginning with Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2016. On all noted Holidays, services will be delayed one day for all effected customers. Therefore, if a Holiday falls on Monday, all services for that week will be a day later for all customers.  Only exception to this new schedule will be for a few selected commercial and/or industrial customers.

WV PSC Reducing Fuel Surcharge on 7/1/16 to 3.63%

The West Virginia Public Service Commission reviewed the motor carrier fuel surcharge rates, Case No MC GO 56.4. The fuel surcharge has been decreased to 3.63% from 3.97%. This motor carrier fuel surcharge is in effect from July 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 or until further Commission Order.

Customer Reminder: Solid Waste Out for Collection by 6am!

As notified on all previous Residential Annual Letters and on the back of every monthly statement: Customers are reminded that solid waste MUST be ready for collection by 6:00am on your designated collection day. Due to increased traffic volume on certain roads and the need to improve efficiency of all our routes, Envirco will be continuously evaluating all routes and collection times will vary.

Customers are also reminded of the WV Law: Slow Down To Go Around (see previous post). Motorists are required to slowed to 15mph around solid waste collection trucks. Safety is becoming more of an issue on roads such as Rt 220. PLEASE SLOW DOWN TO GET AROUND!

TAGGING AREAS: Customers who live on non-state maintained roads and/or collection points that service multiple customers are reminded that bags must be tagged with your account number and customer name. Theft of Service is a crime and is unfair to our paying customers. Envirco truly appreciates all our customers’ efforts to help police those who try to abuse the services to which you subscribe.

Wow! New Payment Drop Box

Finally! A Payment Drop Box…customers have suggested we “get a drop box”. So…Envirco has installed a payment drop box at our office located at 906 Arkansaw Road, Baker, WV. Payment drop box is located beside the office entrance door, area is lit at night. No cash payments should be placed in the drop box. If service is scheduled to be terminated or already terminated, you must allow proper payment posting time for services to resume.
