2025-26 Annual Letter Now Available!

Check it out!  The 2025-26 Annual Residential Letter is now available for viewing, downloading and/or printing.  For customers who are setup to receive printed bills, hard copy is included with the October residential statements mailed Tuesday, September 30, 2025.  Email only customers should refer to the PDF version or call the office for a hard copy.  Please refer to this information as needed.  And, remember:  solid waste must be ready for collection by 6:00 am on your scheduled collection day.  Plus, maybe put a copy of the Holiday Schedule on your frig or create reminders.

WV PSC Fuel Surcharge Decreasing to 6.71% 7/1/25

WV PSC FUEL SURCHARGE TO DECREASE TO 6.71%
The West Virginia Public Service Commission has reviewed the motor carrier fuel surcharge rates for Case No MC GO 56.4, also referenced as MC FS 2025B. The fuel surcharge will decrease from 6.84% to 6.71% beginning July 1, 2025. This motor carrier fuel surcharge is in effect until December 31, 2025 or until further Commission Order.  If fuel prices increase or decrease by 20%, the case may be reopened and reviewed.  For further information regarding this WV PSC fuel surcharge, visit the WV Public Service Commission website.

WV PSC FUEL SURCHARGE TO DECREASE TO 6.84%
The West Virginia Public Service Commission has reviewed the motor carrier fuel surcharge rates for Case No MC GO 56.4, also referenced as MC FS 2025A. The fuel surcharge will decrease from 7.69% to 6.84% beginning January 1, 2025. This motor carrier fuel surcharge is in effect until June 30, 2025 or until further Commission Order.

ATTENTION:  Envirco customers who pay via credit/debit card or checking/savings account either by recurring payments or by one-time payments via Envirco’s website or over the phone/walk-in

What to do about your Envirco payment due to Summit Community Bank merger AFTER November 11, 2024

Envirco will generate our Invoices/Statements on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 and the recurring payments will be processed, as usual, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

What YOU need to do to avoid future rejection fee:

SCB Credit/Debit Card Users for both one-time usage AND/OR recurring payments AFTER November 11, 2024

You should receive a new card.  After activation, you will be required to update your card information via Envirco’s Online Bill Pay feature OR call during Envirco office hours to update your card information.

The West Virginia Public Service Commission has reviewed the motor carrier fuel surcharge rates for Case No MC GO 56.4, also referenced as MC FS 2024B.  The fuel surcharge remains at 7.69%.  This motor carrier fuel surcharge is in effect until December 31, 2024 or until further Commission Order.
