Customer Reminder: Solid Waste Out for Collection by 6am!

Posted May 16th, 2016

As notified on all previous Residential Annual Letters and on the back of every monthly statement: Customers are reminded that solid waste MUST be ready for collection by 6:00am on your designated collection day. Due to increased traffic volume on certain roads and the need to improve efficiency of all our routes, Envirco will be continuously evaluating all routes and collection times will vary.

Customers are also reminded of the WV Law: Slow Down To Go Around (see previous post). Motorists are required to slowed to 15mph around solid waste collection trucks. Safety is becoming more of an issue on roads such as Rt 220. PLEASE SLOW DOWN TO GET AROUND!

TAGGING AREAS: Customers who live on non-state maintained roads and/or collection points that service multiple customers are reminded that bags must be tagged with your account number and customer name. Theft of Service is a crime and is unfair to our paying customers. Envirco truly appreciates all our customers’ efforts to help police those who try to abuse the services to which you subscribe.

Envirco appreciates your cooperation in all our efforts to provide quality, efficient service while keeping the safety of our employees, as well as others traveling the roads, a top priority.
